About Talent Nexus
Talent Nexus was established to bridge the gap between Rwandan youth and the vibrant entrepreneurial landscape of Kigali. We provide a professional ecosystem where underemployed individuals gain the tools and mentorship needed to launch their own ventures. By aligning with national development goals, we ensure that every participant is equipped to contribute to a sustainable and thriving economy through innovation and self-reliance.

Empowering the next generation of Rwandan entrepreneurs through mentorship and business training — and connecting young people with the jobs, programmes and people that help them build a livelihood.
Many young people finish school or training with skills and ambition, but without the networks, guidance or information needed to find work or start a business. Opportunities are scattered, mentors are hard to reach, and practical training is not always easy to find.
How the platform works
01
Search jobs, internships, apprenticeships, scholarships, grants and entrepreneurship programs — each with clear eligibility and deadlines.
02
Build practical skills with recorded courses, live workshops, in-person programmes and mentorship circles.
03
Apply to employers and programme providers, and book sessions with mentors who have walked the path.

We believe self-employment and employment go hand in hand. Talent Nexus supports young people who want a first job, those building their own ventures, and everyone in between — with business planning and financial literacy training, mentorship, and access to markets that help turn ideas into income.
