What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), profile information you choose to add (education, experience, skills, links), uploaded files such as CVs and profile photos, and records of your applications, enrollments and bookings.

How we use it

To run your account and show you relevant opportunities and training.
To share your application and CV with the organization you apply to.
To let mentors see the participants of their programmes.
To keep the platform safe (moderation, fraud prevention, audit logs).

Who can see your CV

Your CV is private. It is only available to you, to administrators, and to organizations you have applied to.

Storage and security

Files are kept in private object storage and are only downloaded through authorised requests. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

Your rights

To be completed after legal review: access, correction, deletion and objection rights, retention periods, and how to contact the data controller.
