1. About these terms

These draft terms describe how people may use Talent Nexus to find opportunities, post opportunities, offer training and take part in mentorship.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and use the platform only for lawful purposes. One person may hold several roles (talent, employer, mentor) on one account.

3. Opportunity and training listings

Employers, programme providers and mentors are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish. Listings must never ask applicants to pay to apply. Talent Nexus may review, reject or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Applications and bookings

Talent Nexus passes your application, profile and CV to the organization you apply to. Hiring and selection decisions are made by those organizations, not by Talent Nexus.

5. Paid training

Payment terms for paid training are agreed between the participant and the provider. Online payment is not available in the prototype.
